Change is the Only Constant

Central to the Daoist Philosophy is the DAO - The Path or The Way.

"The Dao that can be named is not the Dao"

It would be presumptuous of us to claim complete understanding of ourselves and the world that surrounds us: something so vast, complex yet simple.

One of the earliest texts, the Dao De Jing,
poetically describes the nature of the Dao:
how we may embrace it and can directly
experience it's nature.

The Daoist's quest to live in harmony with
the Dao has given us ways to invigorate
our health and lengthen our lives:
the paths of tranquil sitting meditation,
chinese medicine, natural diet, Daoyin
and Taijiquan.
