A Preparation for meditation
Dao Yin is a collection of movements that gently realign the body and breath. Stretching, twisting, lifting and bending are in harmony with the breath which fills the physical body supporting movement in an effortless way. This ‘qi body’ is the innate energy pattern that supports not only our physical body but enables our mind to settle, preparing us for Tranquil Sitting.
